Abstract

here's how to take the tortilla chips. Buy some wraps and cut out the shapes of your choosing (use a biscuit cutter, or cut out using a template or free-hand). Put in a single layer on a heated baking tray and brush with olive oil (or use an olive oil spray if you have one) and sprinkle with salt (experiment with spices too), Bake in a 200degC oven (gas mark 6) for about 5mins, then turn and cook for a further 1-2mins. I got about one tortilla's worth onto a baking sheet. You might need to adjust the times for smaller or larger shapes.
