The growing importance of discussions about intersectionality in contemporary art and the decolonial movement reflects the need for visibility and political transformation through artistic practices from diverse perspectives. In the interview with Indigenous artists Fykyá Pankararu and Bia Pankararu, conducted by professors Thea Pitman, Paulo Pepe (both based in England), and Alessandra Simões Paiva (Brazil), their experiences in the Indigenous movement and the arts are discussed.
