Abstract

This evaluation was commissioned by Norfolk and Waveney CCG Urgent and Emergency Care Commissioning (NWCCGUECC) team through UEA Health and Social Care Partners (UEAHSCP) to analyse data arising from an NHS administered survey of local emergency departments (EDs), IC24 (NHS 111 Provider), hospital staff and patients using the direct booking service facilitated by the NHS 111 provider between 13 February and 15 June 2021.
