Abstract

Association of fractional anisotropy (FA) with the DISC1 Ser704Cys allele in healthy individuals. Tract-based spatial statistics were applied, followed by voxel-wise comparisons using ‘randomise’ in FSL (http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl). Voxels with significantly higher FA in TT homozygotes compared with AA homozygotes are shown in red–yellow (PFWE<0.05). There were no voxels in which the AA group had significantly higher FA. The images are shown in radiological convention. For more info on this topic, please refer to the article by Sprooten et al. on pages 688–689.
