Abstract

As part of a comprehensive collection of essays on Competition Law compliance, this chapter provides the perspective of individuals responsible for serious cartel conduct. It draws on anonymised accounts from compliance officers, interviews with price fixers and documented details from cases investigated by competition authorities.
