Abstract

Director and Producer Kamran Qureshi is the winner of Best TV Film and Best Director Award and Zafar Meraj for the Best writer for film 'Murad' (Desire) in Indus Telefilm festival 2003. Sohail Asghar is the winner of Special Award for outstanding performance on his intersex mother's role 'Saima' in the 1st Indus Drama Award 2005. The film later broadcasted on Indus TV Network and Zee TV Network in different countries including the US, UEA and Pakistan.
