Injectable lipid emulsion is an important component of parenteral nutrition. ClinOleic is a lipid emulsion composed of olive oil (80%) and soybean oil (20%). This study evaluated the efficacy and safety of ClinOleic in adults already receiving parenteral nutrition, comparing it to their usual lipid (soybean-oil-based).
