The Open University (OU) seeks to explore the development of an electronic campus. This campus, while primarily concerned with education, has obvious implications for the wider economic community. The concept is to develop a national network that allows individuals both in their home or workplace, to access an electronic network that would provide a range of information services and information exchange facilities to enhance the management development process of the individual and their organizations.
