Abstract

This report presents the findings of an online survey and interview consultations that collected information from professionals, birth parents, foster carers, kinship carers and adoptive parents, in order to try to urgently understand what arrangements agencies are putting in place to support children to keep in touch with their birth families during lockdown, and how this is working—especially for children. The work was carried out in 20 days during April 2020.
