Abstract

Choti Si Kahani is a 17-part brand endorsement TV drama series, directed by Kamran Quresh and written by Haseena Moin. The series discussed issues of three school classmates girls, discontinuation of females' education due to early age marriages, women's independence, mistrust in marital relations, psychological distress, wellbeing, work-life balance and family conflicts of the working women, broken families and feudalism. It was an Eveready Group production and nominated for Best TV Serial, Director, Writer, Actress, Producer, and Best TV Drama OST 2012 in the 3rd Pakistan Media Awards. It was broadcast on PTV Network and is available on DVDs.
