Abstract
The evidence presented here draws on lessons learnt from the Increase Valorisation Sociale (‘social value in French) project (INCREASE VS), an EU-funded £10.8m housing association-led project (2018-2023) delivering employment and micro enterprise support in deprived neighbourhoods of Southern England and Northern France. Zografia Bika, Prof of Entrepreneurship and Director of Research at Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia (UEA), led its academic evaluation.
