Abstract

The paper assesses the extent to which host countries, the functions of subsidiaries and the nature of corporate structures affect the use of 'social' and 'output' control in MNCs. It was also presented at Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia on April 18th 2011 and at Norwich Business School on October 26th 2011.
